Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Pedestrians, drivers of motor vehicles, riders of horses, and riders of trams that walk roads shall follow signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, around September 21, 2019, the Defendant violated the signal by making a motor vehicle green signal while operating the clateral motor vehicle on the designated clateral road in the front Samsung Central Station of Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
