【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 01:20 on August 26, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim B, the Defendant discovered a D taxi operated by the victim B in front of the Sinyang-si, Ansan-si, and suspended the cab in front of the taxi by cutting down the two arms on one side of the road and cutting down the cab on the front line, and then, the Defendant boarded the victim’s taxi operation by force without getting off the taxi from the taxi and stopping the 10 minutes of the cab.”

A.
