[criminal records] On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of obstructing business operations in this court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 13, 2016.

1. On October 7, 2016, from around 00:10 to around 00:40, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “E,” which the victim C works in Ansan-gu during the period of Ansan-si, and neglecting the victim’s restaurant business.

2. Around November 26, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim F’s business by talking the victim F, an employee of the said restaurant, for about 20 minutes of the noise, while under the influence of alcohol at the same place as above 15:40 on November 26, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes.

3. On December 23, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force, with the view to “I” points in the operation of the victim G in Ansan-gu, and without any reason, having been under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant expressed, without any reason, the victim’s desire to read “Chewing, breathing” on the tables of other customers, and thereby neglecting the victim’s main business.

4. From the main point of “L” in the operation of the victim J on the 19:50 on the same day of the above 3th day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s main point of the operation of the victim J on the G K and 1st floor in Ansan-si; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “a Chewing baby,” without any reason, while under the influence of alcohol; (c) spits spit down on the floor, spit food on the floor; and (d) applied alcohol to the customers seated on other tables; and (c) obstructed the victim’s main business by force.
