A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who worked as a daily worker at the site of the new apartment construction work in C.

1. On April 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a F Newcomter vehicle with a vehicle of KRW 2,000,000, which is owned by the victim E, parked on the street near the site of new construction of the C apartment in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while sticking their keys in the street near the site of new construction of the C apartment in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu.

2. Night building thief;

A. On April 1, 2014, at around 04:00, the Defendant went into a new construction site of the above C apartment complex, through the entrance, and went out with approximately 20 kmg of electric power line equivalent to the market price of 100,000,000, which is the market price managed by the victim G located in the first floor office of the underground floor, and approximately 20 km of electric power line equivalent to the market price of 10,000,000, and approximately 10 km of such pipe as the market price managed by the victim H located in the second underground parking lot of the underground floor, and approximately 150,000 km of electric power line as the market price managed by the victim I in the first floor warehouse of the same floor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victims' property.

B. On May 24, 2014, between around 01:54-04:36, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the building site of the said construction site through the entrance to the said construction site; (b) one spacker, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 400,000; (c) one spacker, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 400,000; (d) one spacker, the electric power line of which is equivalent to KRW 20,000, the market price of which is 150,000,000, and approximately 10,000,000,000, and approximately 10,000,000,000, market price of which is managed by the victim K; and (d) 30,500,000,000,000 won, which is under the control of the victim K’s underground level.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victims' property.

C. On June 2014, the Defendant around 03:0 to 04:00.
