A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around January 2, 2019, at around 14:53, 2019, stolen the victims’ property in total of 1,04,00 won from November 6, 2018 to January 10, 2019, by taking advantage of the gaps of the victim’s surveillance negligence in the operation of the victim C, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, the sum of the market price of KRW 1,04,00,00 in total by the following methods, as shown in the list of crimes, from November 6, 2018 to January 10, 2019.

1. On July 11, 2019, at around 15:30 on July 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of rice 20 km equivalent to 53,000 won at the market price of the victim, who was in the display stand by taking advantage of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) committed a theft of rice 20 km.

2. On July 27, 2019, at around 21:03, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of rice 20 km equivalent to KRW 66,00 of the market value of the victim, who was in the display stand, using a crepan in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) on July 27, 2019, the Defendant used a cre in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) committed a theft of rice 20

3. On August 19, 2019, at around 12:51, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a bicycle equal to KRW 100,000 at the victim I-owned market price, which was kept in custody in an unreshed state, in front of the Yong-dong Community Center in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.

4. At around 14:50 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant stolen rice 10 km equivalent to 30,000 won at the victim’s market price, which was located in the display stand, using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim F was neglected.
