1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The sole crime (influence of a structure, theft) committed by the Defendant upon intrusion on a structure managed by another person four times in total, and then theft of the total market value of KRW 1.3 million.
On March 1, 2013, between 14:00 and 15:00 on the date, the Defendant intruded into a restaurant under the ground of the above church through the entrance not set-off at the Diplomatic conference located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and cited the amount of KRW 800,000,000 in the market price of the above church owned by E, which is managed by E, which is located in the cooling house.
B. From 14:00 to 15:00 on the date of April 2013, the Defendant
A. A. A. The above church was intruded into a restaurant under the ground of the above church through an unlocked entrance, and the rice owned by E, which is kept in the warehouse, was 50,000 won of the total market price of 20 kmg of rice owned by E.

On July 18, 2013, around 16:40 on July 18, 2013, the Defendant intruded into a restaurant under the ground of the above church through an unlocked entrance, and cited the amount of KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for rice owned by the above church maintained by K.
2. The Defendant, along with a joint crime (a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence) and a special thief) committed a theft of rice, molds, powder, etc. by entering a church with a person who has no name (L).
Accordingly, around 18:15 on June 7, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the underground restaurant of the above church through the entrance that was not locked with the above person who was named in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and then, the above name and poorer between the Defendant and the deceased.
