1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) published a public announcement number B to the Korea Railroad Corporation; (b) published a public announcement of purchase of Cheongdong-ray and cadmium-cadmium vessels; (c) the Plaintiff was selected as a successful bidder in the bidding process conducted pursuant to the said public announcement; (d) on June 19, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase goods that supply Cheongdong-ray and cadmium-cadmium vessels (hereinafter “instant contract”). On June 19, 2015, the contract amount was determined as the contract amount of 806,463,576 won, contract deposit, 56,940,652 won, and one year from the date of concluding the contract (hereinafter “instant contract”).
