Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2013, at around 09:20, the Defendant operated the Central Market in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, which is located in the front of the ‘Central Market' in the Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and the front road of the ‘Ospidipopool' in approximately 1 km from the front road, without obtaining a motor device license from the 49c Ospipo, without obtaining a motor device license.
