A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on August 30, 2017;

A. On August 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving the 49cc Austria without obtaining a motor device license from approximately 2 km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-dong, to the 62k-dong, Sinhae-dong, at the same time.

(b) No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the defendant 1. A., at the time and place stated in the above paragraph 1.1.A., the effect of the registration without registration owned by the defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, 49cc.

2. A crime committed on October 31, 2017;

A. On October 31, 2017, the Defendant was driving a motor device license without obtaining a motor device license within approximately 500 meters from the front side of the Ruju Industrial Complex, Co., Ltd., located in the same side of the road from around 20:35 to the front road of the Sejong Agricultural Industries, which is located in the same side of the road, around 500 meters from the 500m section of the Road Traffic Act.

(b) No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven the Defendant’s non-registration 49C Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Section 2. A., and at the same time and place.
