A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
(2) On May 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of eight months due to a violation of road traffic law at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gangnam Branch on December 6, 2016.
[2017 Highest 391] On March 23, 2017, the Defendant driven a bicycle with no number plate attached to mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 2 km section, which was located near C, to the Gu and the road near C, which is located in the lower end of the same page from March 23, 2017.
[2017 Highest 785] On June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) prepared one of the 200,000 won of the market price of the farm container stored in the said farm container using the gap in the victim F’s cresh, and stolen it.
[2017 Highest 776] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of road traffic law at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on July 2, 2009, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months. As above, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for a violation of road traffic law (driving) on May 19, 2016.
No person shall drive a motor vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance, and a motor vehicle that has no registered 49c motor bicycle owned by the defendant is a two-wheeled motor vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance.
Nevertheless, even though the defendant was punished for drinking driving twice as above, he did not obtain a motor device bicycle license from the front side of the 3840 Franchisium in March 16, 2017 to the front road of the defendant's house in the same city C, and operated the above motor bicycle device not covered by mandatory insurance with approximately 1km alcohol concentration of about 0.172% while under the influence of alcohol.
