The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000 (three million), but if the above fine is not paid, KRW 100,000 (one million) shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a restaurant in Gwangju Northern-gu B.

If necessary for national health, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall determine and publicly announce matters concerning foods for sale or food additives.

In addition, food or additives that have been manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, or preserved in accordance with the above standards and specifications, and food or additives that do not meet such standards and specifications shall not be sold or manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, subdivided, transported, preserved or displayed for sale.

In addition, from March 1, 2012, the "Standards and Specifications for Food and Drug Safety" of the Food and Drug Administration (Public Notice 201-4) should not be sold or manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, subdivided, transported, preserved or displayed for sale purposes by prohibiting the use of domestic raw materials of oil values that do not meet the food standards and specifications.

Nevertheless, the Defendant abused the fact that it is difficult to distinguish me from the meat and the meat from the meat price in comparison with the meat price of approximately 1/5 of the meatized market price in the case of oil-free products. On February 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased 15 km products (purchase price of KRW 49,500) from the E company F, which is a fishery products distribution business, such as oil oil in the North-gu Gwangju Metropolitan City, and sold them to many and unspecified persons whose name cannot be known after cooking it for the use of items inside the service in the C restaurant. The Defendant purchased 255 km products of oil cigarette (purchase price of KRW 859,500) from the above date and time to July 3, 2014, and prepared and sold them to many and unspecified persons who are service owners.

Accordingly, the defendant sold oil-free products that do not meet the standards and specifications.
