Punishment of the crime

[Defendant A's criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years in October 7, 2010 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (mariana) at the Suwon District Court on October 7, 201, and the said judgment was finalized on the 15th of the same month.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On February 2, 2010, the Defendant issued and received approximately 0.6g of the low marijuana 0.6g of Aluminium as Aluminium, to the Defendant, at the Henman’s wife population, and to I without compensation.

2. Defendant B

A. On March 27, 2011, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) around 01:30 on March 27, 201, on a passenger car parked on the road in front of the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon: (b) received, without compensation, approximately 0.4g of marijuana stored on paper C; and (c) received and delivered it.

B. On March 29, 2011, the Defendant smoked marijuana smoking on a passenger car parked on the road front of the Daejeon U.S. L farm, which was located on March 20, 2011, by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana in pipes made of A.I.D. A., which was in possession, on a pipe made of an A.I.D. aluminium No. 11, and then inserting a smoke.

C. On April 3, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on April 3, 201, the Defendant, within a passenger car parked in front of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon: “K” road, divided approximately 0.4g of marijuana into two pipes made of Aluminum aluminium; and (b) divided into three parts: (c) the Defendant smoked a smoke by attaching a smoke to the pipe of the respective person’s marijuana.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to smoke marijuana.

On April 3, 2011, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) around 01:00 on April 3, 201, within the passenger car parked in front of the frequency of “K” located in the Seo-gu Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, received approximately 1.07 grams from C for species and received it without compensation.

E. On April 5, 201, around April 5, 2011, the Defendant: (a) was parked on the Defendant’s vehicle parked in front of the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Seo-gu M on April 5, 201; and (b) approximately 0.2 grams of marijuana are attached to tobacco paper.
