A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, at the “D’s singing room for the operation of the Busan B and the fourth floor C; and (b) even if the Defendant did not possess any means of payment such as cash, etc., and was provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc. by the victim, despite that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, the Defendant issued an order for two weeks to the victim; and (c) requested and provided entertainment visitors.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 185,00 from the victim.
