A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2018, around 23:30 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided the victim K’s “Loman bank” room 3 operated by Busan J, and (b) provided the victim with an intention or ability to pay the price even if the victim was not in possession of cash and other means of payment, such as transportation cards; and (c) provided the victim with 1 gambling and entertainment reception service.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 200,000 from the victim.
