1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 as well as annual 6% from May 11, 2014 to July 15, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 10, 1998, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant with the following content (hereinafter “No. 1 insurance”).

4. 장해급여금 : 연금지급 개시 전 피보험자가 재해로 인하여 제4급~6급 장해시 - 장해4급 : 1,000만원 ◎ 주요 약관내용 제22조 (보험금 등의 지급) ① 피고는 제21조(보험금 등 청구시 구비서류)에 정한 서류를 접수한 때에는 접수증을 교부하고, 그 서류를 접수한 날로부터 3일 이내에 보험금 또는 해약환급금을 드립니다.

Provided, That where it is necessary to investigate or confirm the grounds for payment of insurance money, it shall be closed within 10 days after receipt.

B. On June 14, 2001, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant with the following content (hereinafter “Second Insurance”).

◎ 보험상품명 : 무배당퍼스트클래스종신보험 ◎ 피보험자 : 원고 ◎ 보험수익자 : 원고 ◎ 보험가입금액 : 주보험 5,000만원, 무재해상해특약 1억 5,000만원 ◎ 보험기간 : 주보험 - 종신, 무재해상해특약 - 36년 ◎ 보장 - 재해장해급여금 - 재해로 제2급~6급 장해시 : 3,500만원 ~ 500만원 - 무재해상해특약 - 재해로 제2급~6급의 장해시 : 1억 500만원 ~ 1,500만원 ◎ 주보험 약관 제30조 (보험금 등의 지급) ① 피고는 제29조(보험금 등 청구시 구비서류)에 정한 서류를 접수한 때에는 접수증을 교부하고, 그 서류를 접수한 날부터 3일 이내에 보험금 또는 해약환급금을 지급하거나 보험료의 납입을 면제하여 드립니다.
