A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2017, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s mobile phone on the Defendant’s cell phone and posted a false statement on the Internet camera bulletin board of the Republic of Korea, stating that “The Defendant will send a right to meals by registered mail to the victim C who contacted the victim C who first sent money to the Defendant.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party, he did not actually have a new hotel meal right and did not have the intention and ability to send a normal meal right to the injured party.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim and received 350,000 won from the victim, namely, the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Serial number D) under the name of the Defendant, for the consideration of meal rights, from the victim.

In addition, from February 1, 2017 to March 8, 2017, the Defendant received a total of KRW 2,518,500 from 10 victims to 10 times in total, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of crimes, and acquired each of them by deception, as described above.

1. On February 25, 2017, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s cell phone in the PC room in Gwangju-si (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul-si”), stating that “The Defendant sold KRW 95 million to KRW 58,000,000, which is an Internet game,” at the PC room, using the Defendant’s cell phone, and concluded that “The Defendant would sell the game machine if the Defendant sent money first to the victim E who reported and contacted the above writing.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party, he did not have an intention or ability to sell the game money normally to the injured party because he did not have a plan to use it as a living expense, etc.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and is the name of the game money in the face of the victim.
