If it is said that the victim would send the said game money to the defective victim, he/she made a false statement that he/she would send the said game money, and that he/she received 56,000 won from the victim via the Nong Bank account (G) account in the name of the sales proceeds of the said game money on the same day from the victim, and that he/she did not send the game money which was promised to receive the total amount of KRW 398,000 from the victims six times from May 8, 2018, as shown in the attached list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, acquired property benefits equivalent to the sales proceeds of the game money.
