1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) posted the Defendant’s photograph on a copy of the C’s resident registration certificate obtained at the apartment site located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu at the time of panty, Busan-do; and (b) returned the document again.
As a result, the defendant has forged C's resident registration certificate in the name of the head of Ku-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, which is an official document for the purpose of exercising it.
2. Exercising forged official documents;
A. On October 10, 2012, at around 10:40, the Defendant requested F to open a cell phone opening at E mobile phone agencies located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, but exercised the forged C’s resident registration certificate as if the copy was genuine.
B. On October 10, 2012, around 12:40, the Defendant requested the H mobile phone agency located in Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-do to open a mobile phone, and exercised the forged C’s resident registration certificate copy as if the copy was genuine.
3. Fraud;
A. The Defendant expressed a copy of the above forged C’s resident registration certificate at the same time, time, and place as the above 2-A of the above 2-A, and deceiving the victim F by demanding the opening of the cell phone as if he was C.
The Defendant received from the injured party one of the 9.10,000 won of the market value from the 9.10,000 won of the phone.
B. The Defendant presented a copy of the forged C’s resident registration certificate at the same time and at the same place as the above 2-B, and deceiving the victim I by suggesting the following as C and demanding the opening of the cell phone.
The Defendant received 3 portable phones from the injured party in galloning the market value of 960,000 won.
