A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:20 on April 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim D (the victim 51 years old) who is an owner of business was unable to calculate on the card and did not go on credit because he did not pay the victim more than the card limit in the process of calculating after drinking alcohol at 1 room room located in the Cju-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Cheong-gun; (b) stated that “I am, Croph, and Crophhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, and the president does not do so; (c) I am the victim’s head at one time; and (d) I am the head, face, etc. of the victim at one time by drinking.”
