A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 4, 2014, at around 23:30, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) driven a motor vehicle of 10.072% of blood alcohol alcohol level; and (b) caused the victim D (the 17 years old) who was driven by the Defendant to suffer an injury in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the road in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the road in front of the vehicle in front of the road in front of the road in front of the width.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said vehicle at a section of about 1 km from the vicinity of the pande station located near the normal village of the Gu to the place where the accident as referred to in paragraph (1) occurred, while under the influence of alcohol at a temporary border of 0.072%, such as paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act by causing a traffic accident as referred to in paragraph (1) at a time and place as referred to in paragraph (1) and destroying one streetlight equivalent to 1,508,270 won owned by the Korea Coastal Facilities Corporation.
