1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on October 14, 2015 as a foreigner with the nationality of the Republic of Mameron (hereinafter “Mameron”) of the Republic of Mameron (hereinafter “Mameron”), with the status of stay C-3 (short-term visit).

B. On January 4, 2016, the Plaintiff filed an application for refugee status with the Defendant, but on January 20, 2016, the Defendant rendered a disposition for refugee status refusal (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that it is difficult to recognize “the well-founded fear that there is a possibility of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).

C. The Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition on March 4, 2016, and filed an objection with the Minister of Justice. However, the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on the same ground as on July 18, 2017.

2. The assertion and judgment

가. 원고의 주장 원고의 외종숙(外從叔)인 B은 카메룬 대통령 경호실에서 근무한 경력이 있고, 현재도 군부 내 요직을 맡고 있으면서 보코하람(Boko Haram) 토벌에 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다.
