Details of the disposition

The plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on October 14, 2015, with the nationality of the Republic of Mameron (hereinafter referred to as "Mameron") of the Republic of Mameron (short-term visit).

On January 4, 2016, the Plaintiff filed an application for refugee status with the Defendant, but on January 20, 2016, the Defendant rendered a disposition not to recognize refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that it is difficult to recognize “the well-founded fear that there is a possibility of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).

The Plaintiff appealed to the instant disposition on March 4, 2016, and filed an objection with the Minister of Justice. However, the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on the same ground as on July 18, 2017.
