A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on January 27, 2018, entered three hand knife vehicles, such as E Poter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Victim D, G Poter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Victim F, and International Poter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Victim H, but failed to carry the vehicle’s door, and failed to carry it out.

2. On January 27, 2018, the Defendant forged a certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender in the name of the Defendant’s criminal under the name of “L” in the confirmation column of the certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender while preparing a certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender at the K District of the Busan Northern Police Station located in the Busan Northern Police Station located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and forged a certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender in the name of the Defendant’s name related to the certificate without authority for the purpose of exercising the certificate by means of affixing the Defendant’s

3. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (2), issued a forged document to M&A belonging to the Busan Northern Police Station, who is aware of the forgery, as described in the same paragraph, as if the document was duly formed.

4. On January 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a suspect examination of a case suspected of attempted larceny in the Busan Northern Police Station and the office located in the Busan Northern Police Station in Busan Northern District, which was located in 63, from the Busan Northern District, and forged the signature of the name of L without authority for the purpose of exercising the right by signing “L” as the Defendant’s name in the statement column at the end of the interrogation protocol.

5. The Defendant: (a) submitted to the Busan Northern Police Station Assistant N, who was aware of the forgery of signature at the time and place specified in paragraph (4) as stated in the same paragraph; and (b) exercised the forged private signature by submitting the interrogation protocol stating the forged private signature as stated in the same paragraph as if it were duly formed.
