Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From October 2015 to August 4, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic (i.e., brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) employed female employees of D, etc., Chinese national, and operated a sexual traffic business establishment, namely, E, “E” in the racing market during the racing market. On August 4, 2016, the Defendant arranged the said D and sexual intercourse under the condition that he/she receives KRW 100,000 from F, who was found in the above business establishment, in return for payment of sexual traffic equivalent to KRW 100,00 from many unspecified male customers who were found in the above business establishment, and arranged sexual traffic by having female employees and sexual intercourse employed in the above business establishment.

2. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (sexual traffic) committed sexual traffic once by committing one-time similarity in a manner that receives KRW 110,000 from male customers G, who had found a shop at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and met with the sexual organ of the said G in his/her hand, and led him/her to an assessment of the situation, as well as engaging in sexual traffic at the same place from November 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016.
