Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on November 24, 2006, KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on November 24, 2006, and KRW 70,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on January 9, 2004.

On November 22, 2013, at around 21:53, the Defendant driven B rocketing car from the front of a restaurant located in the trade name in the Sugsan-dong, Sinsan-si to the front road in the same city, from the day before the cafeteria, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.079%.
