Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On June 18, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act. On June 29, 2009, the court was sentenced to a summary order of two million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act. On March 29, 2010, the court was sentenced to a summary order of two million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act. On March 29, 2010, the court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On July 18, 2012, the court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 30, 2013.

On November 18, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.073% at around 02:00 on the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (Operation without Driver’s License) and the Road Traffic Act (Operation without Driver’s License) (Article 2(1) of the Road Traffic Act). On November 18, 2013, the Defendant was driving the Bone Star bicycle owned by the Defendant, who was not covered by mandatory insurance over about 307 meters from the Do in front of the Cheongju-si and the Cheongam-dong community service center to approximately 1 km from the Cheongju-si and the Do in front of the Faam-dong community service center.

On March 13, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.114% by violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) (Article 2014No. 342) (Article 21:40) on March 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said B Cost Sheet over a about 300-meter radius from the Do near the Chungcheong Students’ Posidong located in Pung-dong, Pung-dong, Cheongju to the road of about 99 meters in front of the Cheongju-ro.
