A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 공무집행 방해 울산 동부 경찰서 D 지구대 소속 경찰관 경장 E, 경위 F은 112 순찰 근무를 하던 중 2017. 2. 7. 16:30 경 ‘ 울산 동구 진성 14길 96에 있는 무지개공원 내에서 도박을 한다’ 라는 112 신고를 받고 출동하여 위 공원에서 윷놀이 도박 근절을 위해 거점 근무 중이 던 같은 지구대 소속 경찰관 경위 G과 같이 위 공원을 확인하였으나 도박 현장은 발견하지 못하였고, 위 공원 한쪽에서 사람들이 모여 서로 싸움을 하는 것을 보고는 그 곳으로 가 싸움을 말리고 사람들을 계도하고 있었다.
