Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2017, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) at the “E main store” operated by the victim D (the age of 73) located in Goyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) on the ground that his/her employees F and G are bad, and (c) on the ground that his/her business hours are closed from the employees F and G, he/she would have been bad, and (d) the victim and his/her employees “hicking so that he/she has alcoholic beverageed

”, “ 이 씨 발 것 들아!”, “ 이 개년 아! 술 내놔!”, “ 니가 사장이야 이리와! 112 신고 해! 개 같은 년 아, 다 죽여 버릴까 봐, 씨 발!” 이라고 크게 소리를 지르고 피해자의 몸을 양손으로 세게 밀치는 등 약 15 분간 소란을 피워 위력으로써 피해자의 주점 운영 업무를 방해하였다.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 같은 날 02:31 경 같은 장소에서 112 신고를 받고 출동한 일산 동부 경찰서 H 지구대 소속 경위 I, 경장 J, 경사 K, 순경 L로부터 귀가할 것을 권유 받았음에도 불구하고 “ 이 개새끼들 아, 니들은 빠져!”, “ 이 씨 발 새끼들 아, 상관없는 짭새 새끼들은 꺼져!”, “ 니 모가지 짤라 버린다, 이 새끼야! ”라고 크게 소리 지르며 경장 J의 멱살을 양손으로 잡고 수회 흔들어 밀어 넘어뜨렸다.

By assaulting J as above, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning handling reports on 112.

3.
