Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

After marriage with C on October 3, 200, the Defendant is undergoing a divorce lawsuit in the state of being separated from May 30, 2012. In preparation for the case of divorce with C, the Defendant attempted to forge and submit relevant documents to change the real estate under C’s name into D’s name, the Defendant’s children.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On September 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated the purport to delegate the issuance of a certificate of seal imprint on the letter of proxy for the certificate of seal imprint printed on “A”, “E”, “E”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the issue box; (b) “for submission for the purpose column; (c) “for the purpose of use” in the relevant column; (d) “Mendbu” in the relevant column; (e) “C” in the date of preparation; (e) “C”, “C”, “C”, “C”, and “B” in the resident registration number column; and (e) forged the certificate of seal imprinted in the name of “C” by means of pre-printed seal imprinted by the Defendant on the front side of the name of “B”.

B. On the 17th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) delegated K with the intent to delegate the act of filing an application for ownership transfer registration at the J office located in Gangwon-do Gangwon-gun I; (b) using a computer on the proxy form printed to the effect that the Defendant delegated K with the act of filing an application for ownership transfer registration; (c) “D,O, Gyeonggi-do-do-si, N, N, 5 Dong-si N, 5 Dong-dong302 (H lending); and (d) Gangwon-do Ma, C, C, C, C, C, C, and 5, N, 5, 302 (H lending); and (c) Dong-do 305, Dong-dong, Gyeonggi-do 5, 502 (H lending); and (c) Dong-dong, Gyeonggi-do Do-do 1, 305, Dong-do Do 2, 52, Dong-dong, 502 (H witness); and (d) Dong-do Do Do.
