[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud and two years of suspended execution at the Jung-gu District Court on November 1, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 9, 2012 and is still under suspended execution.

【Criminal Facts】

While being tried in the above crime of fraud, the defendant tried to prepare a notarial deed of promissory notes put to the above victim's name with K for agreement with the victim N.

1. Forgery or uttering of a power imprint certificate;

A. On October 16, 2012, the Defendant indicated “A, resident registration numberO, for the purpose of use, local residence of delegating person, delegating person, K, resident registration number, P, and address both countries of Gyeonggi-do” in the letter of proxy for the certificate of seal imprint using a black pen on the letter of proxy for the certificate of seal imprint, and affixed the seal imprint of K’s prior personal seal imprint on the name of K.

2. The fact of forging or exercising the power of attorney for promissory notes.

A. At around 14:00 on October 16, 2012, the Defendant stated the purport that “A, face value gold, A, K, and receiver N, October 16, 2012,” and “K’s seal impression is affixed to the name, K, address, and Gyeonggi-do Yang-si Q, both of which are adjacent to the name of K,” in the name of the agent column of the proxy form printed on the letter of proxy.

Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to exercise rights and duties.
