A is a person who operates a restaurant in the name of "F" in Incheon City E; Defendant B is a person who operates the above restaurant with Defendant A; Defendant B is a person who operates the above restaurant; Defendant B, at the above restaurant around November 2014, proposed that Defendant A “to lower the unit price by using an import acid device at the required rate entering a good faith,” and Defendant A also consented thereto, and received the import acid scrap from Geumcheon-gu Co., Ltd. in Ansan-gu at Ansan-si.

피고인들은 2014. 11. 12. 경부터 2015. 9. 13. 경까지 사이에 위 음식점에서, 주식회사 금천으로부터 납품 받은 미국산 냉동 알 목심, 미국산 냉동 우 목심 총 2009.96kg 을 이용하여 불고기 요리로 조리하여 손님들에게 판매하면서 식당 입구에 있는 가격 표시판에 ‘ 약 선 한우 불고기 (150g/ 국내산)’ 로 표기하고, 메뉴판에 ‘F 특선한 우 불고기 쌈 밥 정식’, ‘ 한우 불고기 비빔밥 ’으로 표기하여 원산지 표시를 거짓으로 하였다.
