No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

The Defendant, while working as the team leader of the meat store called “D” in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, intended to sell imported beef products with a false domestic acid, and purchased approximately 2,469kg of Australia beef from “(State F)” in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

On April 4, 2015, from around July 12, 2016 to around July 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold a total of KRW 1,732.52kg and the total of KRW 20,547,400 to D Co., Ltd; (b) indicated the country of origin in the D Co., Ltd., with the false indication of “domestic and Chinese Co., Ltd.” on the D Co., Ltd.
