Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2013, at around 20:45, the Defendant driven BNEW EF rocketing car at approximately 2km from the front road in front of a restaurant in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gun, to the front road of the 0.160% of blood alcohol level from the front road of the 2km community hall located in the same Singu, Ulsan-do.
