Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2014, at around 02:45, the Defendant driven approximately 800 meters of alcohol content to the front road of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, in the state of under the influence of alcohol by 0.050% of blood alcohol content.
