Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2013, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven BNEW EF rocketing car under the influence of alcohol at approximately 7km section from around 7km to the front road of the same 109-dong-dong, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong.
