A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant entered the Republic of Korea on April 5, 2018 as a foreigner of Kazakh's nationality, and there is a lack of ability to discern things or make decisions due to the network disorder.

1. Damage to property;

A. On April 13, 2018, at around 17:39, the Defendant: (a) opened a mobile communication relay in the base station located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to have approximately KRW 4,027,650,00 in the aggregate of the repair cost, for electric wires owned by the victim KT and the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and damaged the electric wires owned by the victim SK Telecom.

B. On April 13, 2018, around 18:55, the Defendant: (a) opened a mobile communication relay in the base station located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to have approximately KRW 3,903,80,800 in the aggregate of repair costs, and damage electric wires owned by the victim KT, the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., which were located therein.

(c)

On April 14, 2018, at around 17:00, the Defendant opened electric measuring instruments at the victim KBS Korean Broadcasting Transmission tower located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon, the free park located in 25, and damaged electric wires owned by the victim by the Defendant on the top of the repair cost.

On April 14, 2018, at around 21:57, the Defendant opened a mobile communication relay in the base station located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, for the common use of the mobile communication, and damaged the electric wires owned by the victim KT and the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd. to have approximately KRW 567,000 in the aggregate of repair costs, for the first time.

E. On April 15, 2018, at around 06:40, the Defendant: (a) opened a mobile phone relayer in the base station located in the Gatop, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, with a view to causing damage to approximately KRW 1,836,440,00 in the aggregate of repair costs, for electric wires owned by the victim KT and the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and those owned by the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd. in that station.

F. On April 15, 2018, the Defendant, around 08:50 on April 15, 2018, opened a relay device for mobile communications in the base country where H C Dong-dong, Incheon, would be commonized.
