The reasons for the court's explanation of this case are as follows: Gap evidence Nos. 14, Gap evidence No. 15-1 through 6, Gap evidence No. 16, and the fact-finding results on the head of the East Asia University Hospital, which are additional evidence submitted by the court of the first instance; however, the court's explanation of this case is consistent with the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the defendant's negligence, power supply, and violation of the duty of explanation, as alleged by the plaintiffs, and therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
