Criminal facts

The Defendant, as the owner of B Poter Cargo, was unable to cover up a car number plate or make it illegible. On November 18, 2016, 2016, around 09:10, 201, the Defendant sent the front registration number plate of the said cargo vehicle to the front of the intersection in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and made it difficult for the Defendant to view the front registration number plate of the said cargo vehicle as a paper in order to avoid falling under the transit on the front of the intersection.
