Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 27, 2015, around 19:47, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence in public places) entered a public toilet for women on the three floors of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into the first column of the above women’s public toilet for the purpose of photographing women’s appearance to be melted in side partitions as follows without permission.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd his sexual desire at public places to satisfy his own sexual desire.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A.
