A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months, and by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 3, 2012, Defendant A (hereafter referred to as “Defendant A” in this paragraph, Defendant B, and Defendant B’s name) driven a high-speed motor vehicle for E-Saint by services around 13:05, and, at the same time, the front road of the “Yansan City Rest” in the Yari-ri Sin-si, the front road was driven from the Young-si to the 80km speed from the Young-si, depending on the two-lanes between the two-lanes.
