Punishment of the crime
On August 25, 2018, from around 13:42 to August 13:45, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the passage of roads for about three minutes, on the ground that he/she was not driving a Trackter, because he/she was parked in front of the Trackcheon-gun B located in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
