A defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2019, at around 10:10 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against E by a police officer belonging to the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu D District D District, who was dispatched to the 1112 report, in order to arrest a flagrant offender with a suspicion of interference with his/her business; (b) expressed the Defendant’s women’s movement as “C heading son”; and (c) expressed the Defendant’s body as his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.
