A defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2018, at around 20:30 minutes, the Defendant: (a) reported on November 21, 2018, that “the agent and customer are under the influence of alcohol”; (b) paid a substitute fee from D and the police box belonging to the Seoul Songpa Police Station C police box; and (c) expressed the desire to return home by paying the substitute fee from the police box E; and (d) expressed the desire to “the starting son and scoos who want to get off the money on their own”; and (d) scambling two times in person, flick the flick of the said D; (b) displayed D’s face twice by drinking; and (c) assaulted the said E body that had been removed by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
