The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. 2. Determination

(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. Revocation of complaint by the victim after the prosecution of this case

C. Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act or more.
