1. Of the instant lawsuits, the part of the claim for nullification by the board of directors made on February 27, 2018 shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 1, 2014, the Plaintiff is a person who was appointed as a D major or assistant professor of the Korea University of Social and Science at C University on October 1, 2014, and the Defendant is a school juristic person operating C University.

B. 1) On May 29, 2013, C University 1: (a) “Public Notice of Disclosure and Employment of Former Teachers of 2 Semesters 1, 2013; (b) at least 5 Part V of research records (including candidates); (c) the documents to be submitted when providing assistance for disclosure and employment of former teachers are designated by the applicants according to certain standards (Evidence 2); (d) the Plaintiff’s 2-year public research institute’s 1-year public research institute (No. 1-year public research institute, No. 20-year public research institute, No. 20-year public research institute, and the Plaintiff’s 1-year public research institute’s 2-year public research program (No. 3-year public research institute, No. 20-year public research institute, and No. 13-year public research institute’s 6-year public research program) was submitted to the Plaintiff on August 5, 2013.
