1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 5, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) supported a school foundation G (hereinafter “G”)’s “public disclosure and employment of faculty members of HL of the second semester 2013; (b) completed the four-stage examination of public disclosure and employment of former faculty members; and (c) G announced the Plaintiff to a person who passed all four-stage screenings for public disclosure and employment on August 5, 201

B. G around July 26, 2013, around July 2013, G received a letter of investment that the Plaintiff violated research ethics as the Plaintiff’s thesis was plagiarism or duplicated.

As a result, G held a specialized committee for teachers recruitment and requested an I Research Institute, J Council, K of an incorporated association (hereinafter “K”), and L Research Institute affiliated with the G Research Institute of Social Science (hereinafter “L Research Institute”) to verify whether the Plaintiff’s thesis violates research ethics due to plagiarism or duplication.

C. There were three other research institutes except LResearch Institutes, and they responded that the Plaintiff’s thesis did not violate research ethics due to plagiarism or duplication.

The L Research Ethics Committee constituted a research ethics committee to investigate whether the Plaintiff violated the research ethics (Defendant B, C, D, E is members of the L Research Ethics Committee, Defendant F is the president of the Korea Research Institute) and the aforementioned Research Ethics Committee established and implemented the rules within the L Research Ethics Committee and the M University Ethics Guidelines within the Research Ethics Committee from August 7, 2013 to August 20, 2013. The L Research Ethics Committee set and implemented the rules within the L Research Ethics Committee. However, the L Research Ethics Guidelines within the MResearch Ethics Committee prescribed more specific standards than the guidelines for securing research ethics than the guidelines for securing research ethics within the L Research Ethics Committee or the Korea Research Foundation’s Research Ethics Committee. Therefore, the Plaintiffs seems to refer to the guidelines for research ethics of MResearch Committee to determine the plagiarism or duplicate publication of theses.
