From December 7, 2010 to September 201, 201, the Plaintiff paid KRW 255,322,000 to Defendant B with the investment money under the instant trade agreement. C. On December 19, 201, the Plaintiff and Defendant B discussed the issue of settlement of profits from the sale of agricultural crops. On December 19, 201, Defendant B agreed to refund KRW 127,661,00, the Plaintiff’s investment amount of KRW 255,32,000 to the Plaintiff. If the Plaintiff did not perform this, the Plaintiff agreed to deliver the instant vinyl and the instant prefabricated building to the Plaintiff.

Furthermore, Defendant C also did not comply with the above arrangement on the same day.
