Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 08:00 on March 20, 2014, the Defendant was able to pay the taxi fee in front of the Southern-do Port of Busan on March 20, 2014. As such, the Defendant did not pay KRW 22,300,00 of the boarding fee to the Korean National Bank in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, and did not pay KRW 22,30,00 of the boarding fee.

At around 22:30 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay the taxi fee when the victim arrives at the destination, even though he/she did not have an intention or ability to pay the taxi fee even if he/she takes a personal taxi of the victim D's D's private taxi; and by failing to pay 5,500 won when he/she arrives at the port near the camping center in the Gangseo-gu, Busan.
