Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C at the E convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, the victim C was employed as an employee on September 20, 2017 at the above convenience store around 05:20 on September 20, 2017, the Defendant takes out cash of KRW 44,710 and KRW 753,000 of the market price as cash owned by the victim, which is held by the victim at the above convenience store and the defendant at the above convenience store, and KRW 120,000 of the market price as KRW 86,00.

B. 2.
