A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A operated a business establishment with the trade name (F) “E” from the first floor of the Seoul Jung-gu D Building from Jun. 2, 2019 to Sept. 23, 2019, Defendant A was in charge of customer reception, female employee management, profit settlement, etc. from Aug. 7, 2019 to Oct. 7, 2019, while serving as the head of the night office at the said business establishment from Aug. 7, 2019 to Sept. 23, 2019. Defendant A offered the said business establishment as a person in charge of the same duties as B while serving as the head of the night office at the said business establishment from Aug. 2, 2019 to Sept. 23, 2019.

The Defendant and B, and C, in accordance with the above conspiracys as above, from June 2019 to June 7, 2019, from around August 7, 2019 to around August 7, 2019, Defendant C, from around August 2019 to September 23, 2019, received KRW 8-170,00 from an unspecified number of male guests, and had G, H, I, J, and K, etc. do sexual intercourse with customers.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B and C to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

Defendant A, “20 high-level 1111,” was a person who operated a marina business from the middle of June 2019 to September 23, 2019 with the trade name “F,” and Defendant B, from August 7, 2019 to October 7, 2019, was in charge of customer reception reception, female employees management, profit settlement, etc. while serving as a night office at the above business establishment from around August 7, 2019 to around September 23, 2019, and was directly operated by Defendant C from around October 1, 2019 to around October 7, 2019.
